CTD Newcastle V's Movember UpdateA Hairy Adventure
Over the much anticipated month of November the eager CTD Newcastle team embraced Movember with open arms and embarked upon the hairiest month of the year.
Beards were appearing left right and centre over the course of November in order to raise funds for Frankie Sherwood.
Beard Vs Moustache
Here are a number of the spectacular images of the moustache and beard progress from over the past 4 weeks at CTD Newcastle. Our clean cut Newcastle team ready and waiting for the month ahead
It started to get a bit Hairy at Newcastle HQ during week two of Movember
It’s safe to say that the Newcastle team went all out with moustache& beards alike, friendly mutton chops, handle bar tashes, you nameit, there has been some kind of moustache like it at the Newcastle branchover the past 4 weeks.
Beard, Moustache & Misstache Galore
We are proud to say that not only have the Newcastle team become buddingbeard connoisseurs but they have managed to raise a hair raising £365 pounds in store and a further £180 pounds from friends and family forFrankie Sherwood with more donations still to come.
All of the fantastic beards and moustaches grown by members of staff impressed us but it was Steve Falcus who was crowned as CTD HQ favorite with his green cross cut mutton chops.
Frankie who was diagnosed with an aggressive, rare form of cancer called Neuroblastoma underwent a 10 hour operation last month in order to remove a cancerous tumor the size of a football.
Unfortunately with the rare Neuroblastoma cancer there is an 80% chance Frankie could relapse within the next 3 years which is why our Newcastle CTD Staff decided to help raise funds to go towards specialist treatment in America for Frankie Sherwood.
