E-billing

Lighten your paperwork load with e-billing

CTD credit account holders can free up more time for business by managing CTD invoices with our online billing service.

What is e-billing?

E-billing is a free and easy way for CTD credit account customers to access invoices from CTD at any time with a dedicated online service. With the ability to view and download statements, invoices and credit notes as soon as they’re available, you’ll no longer need to wait for printed copies to arrive in the post. Simply use your smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer to access the service at your own convenience, saving yourself the task of managing paperwork and documents. Plus you can also register to receive documents directly by email.

The e-billing service is provided by SwissPost on behalf of CTD and operates separately to the CTD Tiles website. Your CTD Tiles website login will not provide access to e-billing, you’ll need to register on the e-billing service by clicking the button below.

The service is only available to credit account holders, make sure you have your CTD account number at hand during registration.

If you require assistance please contact our Credit Control Team on 01484 478018 (available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
