Do you offer samples?
Yes. We offer a FREE 10x10cm sample service on most Gemini tiles - simply look out for the 'Free Sample' button. If your chosen tile is not available simply add one of your chosen tiles to the basket and proceed through the checkout, delivery is free for a store pick up and deliveries will be subject to our standard delivery charge. Alternatively you can pop into your local store to browse our vast range of tiles and purchase a sample which can be returned within 28 days for a full refund.
Why do I have to pay for a full tile sample?
In line with our store policy, you can purchase a tile to take home and return it within 28 days for a full refund. We would always recommend ordering a sample to your home as the light in different rooms can change the appearance of the tile the colour can also vary from computer to computer. Full Tile Samples are available from our website – just order 1 tile. All samples can be returned by you for a full refund as part of our returns policy.

Can I pay by PayPal?
Yes, you have the option of paying via PayPal on the CTD website. Proceed through the checkout as normal and select ‘Pay with PayPal’ on the payment page during checkout.
Delivery and Returns
How long will it take to get my delivery?
Your delivery will depend upon the method you have selected. Our standard delivery and collect from store is three working days. If there are going to be any delays to

Can I collect from my local Ceramic Tile Distributors branch?
Yes. We have made it easy for you to collect from your local branch, and it’s free. When you are at the delivery stage simply enter your postcode and select your nearest branch. When your order is ready for collection you will be notified. View all Collect in Store information.
Do you accept Returns?
Returns may be made to your local Ceramic Tile Distributors branch (excluding World's End Tiles Battersea, and excluding clearance items) free of charge with prior arrangement or by contacting us to arrange a return. Please click here to view all returns information.
Can I return my delivery if it’s not what I expected?
In line with the distance selling regulations you have the ability to return your order to us as stipulated in our returns policy. Any special order items are unfortunately exempt. You should check your order prior to signing for it and we always recommend ordering a sample to colour & shade match.

How do I report a delivery discrepancy?
Ceramic Tile Distributors go to great lengths in order to make sure your delivery arrives both safely and efficiently however breakages do occur, if in the unfortunate event a delivery issue occurs please use this form to report it within 48hrs of receiving the goods so we can assist you. How do you display VAT?
By default, all prices are shown including V.A.T with the option to switch throughout.
Do you carry stock?
We carry most items in stock so will be able to deliver within 3 working days. For large orders there may be times where we don't have the stock available but we will always keep you informed and do our best to get your order to you within the time specified.
