The New Year is here and what better time to declutter those rooms, and inject a bit of life into forgotten places. 2015 welcomes new exciting colours and design styles to the decorating palette. There is a simplified feel to the designs of 2015, bringing in cleaner lines and a minimalist modern look but always remembering that touch of popping colour.

Up and Coming in 2015
Softening the lines of our crisper looking modern home we are adding less rigid shapes with mosaics and accessories. Rounded, larger designs are a big feature this season. 3D is a must, adding texture and depth to your cleaner looking home.
The Honeycomb and Herringbone effect are carried on from 2014 to create simple but effective layouts in 2015 in mosaics and wood.
INDUSTRIAL – This is a style that we love and that is staying as a major trend in 2015. Matt finishes and natural colours, with added accents of metals running through mosaics; bare pipes on show and hints of bold colour really showcase this trend! (Range Shown Trace)
NATURAL AND NATIVE – Sandy tones and gritty textures, this will always be a popular trend. Its warm and welcoming feel will never fade. (Range Shown Natural Beauty)
FANCY AND FLORAL WITH PASTELS – The delicate floral print is still a big feature this spring. Pastel colours, whitewash wood effect blended with gold tones really make a luxury trend.
SPLASHBACKS – These popular features are back! Coloured glass splashbacks and upstands are taking over the metro tile for kitchens; check out your local CTD Branch to pick up a brochure with all colours and sizes. There are even glittered splashbacks available!
