CTD Housebuilders have partnered with new developers on eight luxury detached homes located close to the village of Alfreton and six miles from the iconic Chatsworth House. The development overlooks the idyllic countryside of the peak district, making them not to be missed on the market.

The developer was keen that the tile selections were of the highest quality to match the luxurious style of the homes. In doing so, three ranges from the GEMINI Tile Collection were chosen to complement these deluxe properties. 

Our West Yorkshire-based partner have been developing a range of beautiful three and four bedroom houses on a site which boasts a rich historical background.

Our development partner, who have an abundance of knowledge and experience within the house builder sector, contacted Simon to source a collection of tiles with a luxury edge whilst maintaining the technical benefits home owners would look for within in a new home. 

Overlooking the River Humber, a luxury boutique development has been taking shape and our contract sales manager for the East was keen to share news of this fantastic project although we’re already well onto the next one!
