CTD Housebuilders have provided the finishing touches to the development of three boutique townhouses situated in the historical market town of Pocklington, a gateway to the Yorkshire Wolds.

GEMINI tiles in boutique townhouses

Space is at a premium for both semi-detached and detached properties in the area and wanting to maximise space, three floors were developed to maximise the footprint of the homes. Our client wanted the tiles to style these modern homes with a flawless natural look.

Rainforest tiles in townhouses

The GEMINI Rainforest range was used in the bathrooms to create the feeling of top bathroom trend of ‘Spa Sanctuary’. The Rainforest range showcases an opulent natural stone effect where each of the tiles is complete with shade and texture variation and hints of subtle colours feature throughout allowing unique patterns to emerge. The gorgeous Rainforest cut mosaic décor has also been used as a subtle feature of the room and bring the fixtures and fittings to life.

The GEMINI Hillock range was also used to help bring out the natural tones each tile gave to the space, creating more of a relaxing atmosphere for homeowners to unwind and enjoy the space from busy life. The range allows homeowners to coordinate with other tiles in the range to create unique mosaic styles adding personal touches to their developed bathrooms.

Our Contract Sales Manager Adrian visited the developments and had this to say on the development “What the team have achieved here is fantastic. The homes blend effortlessly into their surroundings, whilst still achieving that new build status. The attention to detail is unbelievable, even using the original old town houses stones and incorporating them into the build, blending old and new, as is the case with the walls at the front of the properties. I cannot wait to see the next development.”
