Overlooking the River Humber, a luxury boutique development has been taking shape and our contract sales manager for the East was keen to share news of this fantastic project although we’re already well onto the next one!
We have recently provided tiles for a brand new development of two individually designed four-bedroom detached homes. The exclusive development in Hessle is located close to the iconic Humber Bridge.
Each brand new, individually designed home has been created to exceed the expectations of today’s sophisticated home buyer in terms of location, build quality, interior specification and sustainability.
It is safe to say the tile specification lives up to it a treat! Both styles for each individual home were carefully taken into consideration when looking at tiling options for both the main family bathrooms and the luxurious en-suites.
Speaking of the project, our client said:

Evoke tile range which is available in subtle neutral colours and both plain and décor options has been used to create a zoning effect which draws attention to key features throughout the home.
Montecarlo with its split face structured texture that looks stunning as a feature wall has also been used throughout the home creating a timeless interior look.
Recently, Adrian stopped by the site to see how things were progressing. The two bespoke dwellings are well on their way to being complete and had the following to say
