Latest from CTD Ipswich
Meet the team
My name is Kevin and have been the branch manager since we opened back in 2008 on a shared site alongside our sister company Graham (Plumbers Merchants).
We sell beautiful wall & floor tiles in all shapes and sizes at CTD Tiles and Grahams can provide you with your bathroom sanitary ware along with any plumbing requirements, making us the one stop shop for Bathrooms.
Supporting me at the branch is Claire as my ABM, who has worked up from part -time sales assistant to a full-time position and now Assistant manager. Claire is brilliant with customers when helping select or design wall or floor tile projects.
James, the latest addition to the team completes the current line-up having joined from within the tile industry.
Hayden John has recently joined our showroom team at Ipswich.
Working in the tile industry for over 40 years including 27 years in tile showrooms, as a sales rep and more recently on the tools as a fixer so is well suited for technical advice including advising customers on colours, styles, layouts, all utilising his experience to help and guidance.
Whilst choosing your tiles we can offer free hot drinks and even a biscuit to dunk and will do our best to make your visit as enjoyable and help you to create your must have Kitchen, Bathroom and Living Area.
So if you are looking for wall or floor tiles please pop in and visit our showroom located just past large Asda off the A14, turning on to North Anglia Business park site , but turning right at the mini round where you will see our joint site with CTD and Graham.

For a truly stunning range
you cannot beat the look that Hillock
We have 3 great displays of the range and by far the most popular choice is the dark grey / light grey combination shown as a wet room setting with dark grey mosaics and dark grey as a feature strip.
We also show the mocha and cream in a half and half mix with the mocha mosaic cut into strips as a border and another setting with the cream and a feature strip of the mocha brick.
All of these set ups
can be viewed in our tile showroom and adjoining
Graham bathroom showroom.
Our dark grey / light grey hillock
display has the additional advantage of being shown as mock
up wet room scenario as well as a working Raychem under floor heating mat. Under floor heating is great for wet rooms as will help get those tiles dry and add the luxury of a warm floor to walk on.
Everything has been stone and cream for many years , but the greys and dark greys are becoming popular colour choices with our customers.View the Hillock RangeDistrict
Available in two subtle grey colours and 3 mix and match sizes which includes very versatile tones of grey suitable for a multitude of uses in your home.
Did You Know?
- Given the age of the town, it is hard to ignore the history of Ipswich.
- The town is the oldest permanently inhabited town in the country, with their being evidence of settlement in as far back as 625AD. Ipswich has a long history, and is England's oldest continuously settled town.
- The first town to be built by the Anglo-Saxons after their conquest of Britain was Ipswich, or as it was then called, Gypeswic, Gippeswyc or Gippeswick.
- The building towers over the A14 and was built in 2000 by Agilent Technologies at a cost of 12 million pounds, only to never move in. It sat empty for over 10 years and is now home to the police and local council.
