When your order is ready, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know and arrange a suitable time slot for you to collect your order.
Time slots are given to enable us to adhere to social distancing and keep both you and our colleagues safe.
Please travel to the store in time for your allocated time slot – if you miss or are unable to attend, you will need to arrange another one with the store.
When you arrive at your collection point please park in a designated parking space and call our team who will guide you through the process. Please do not leave your vehicle.
Please have your order details / order confirmation (name, address, order number) ready.
Please note our Tile showroom and Trade Centre’s remain closed and you will not be able to enter.
We will have your order ready for you to take away and place the trolley next to your vehicle.
If you require help, please mention this to our staff whilst staying in your vehicle. We will ask
you to open your boot and we will place your items in your vehicle. Please make sure that you have cleared a space ready so that we can place your items in your vehicle safely.
