CTD Tiles and Broom Close Development Join To Design 8 Luxurious Properties.
CTD Tiles have partnered with new developers and family run business Broom Close Developments. Located close to the Village of Alfreton and 6 miles from the iconic Chatsworth House situates the exclusive development of 8 luxury detached homes. The development overlooks the idyllic countryside of the peak district, making them not be missed on the market.
Broom Close Developments were keen that the tile selections were of the highest quality to match the luxurious quality these homes were developed to. In doing so, three ranges from the GEMINI Tile Collection were chosen to complement these deluxe properties. Speaking of the project, Roger from Broom Close Developments wrote “The service from Adrian and CTD has been fantastic. Having a sales manager who has kept in touch throughout the build, ensuring that all my expectations and requirements have been met is priceless. I knew what I wanted the development to look like, both externally and internally, and CTD’s GEMINI tile range has not disappointed, but has enhanced our vision for the project. It has been a great partnership, and one that I look forward to strengthening in the coming years, and am looking forward to working with Adrian and CTD tiles again on our next project.”
Following this year’s top trend of wood effect flooring our Treverkever
wood effect tile range was used to recreate the feeling of natural materials in the living area whilst reaping all the benefits of glazed porcelain tiles. The large format tile has a hint of natural beech wood colouring which opened up the area to reflect the spacious surroundings the home offers.
To showcase the bathrooms, a stunning combinations of tiles were used throughout the development. The British Stone
range was used in the bathrooms, including the stunning wave décor to create a impactful statement wall but one which also offers a tranquil environment and accentuates the large amount of light this home allows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
tile tange was also used in the bathrooms. This GEMINI
tile incorporates a natural textured style with unique patterns. These combinations showcased the incredible extravagance of these well-developed properties to match the homeowner’s needs and wants from a new home purchase.
Our Contract Sales Manager Adrian visited the development site and wrote “Working with company director Roger, has been brilliant. From the start, Roger was very specific as to the look he wanted, and I am thrilled that our products matched his expectations. Calling on site recently, these homes are stunning, I am thrilled to have had this opportunity in supporting Roger.”
We value our partnership with Broom Close Home Developments and look forward to working with them again in the future.
