When will my tile samples arrive?
3-5 working days (Royal Mail 2nd Class) but please allow for 7 working days.
In the unlikely event your tile samples don't arrive by then, please contact our customer service team on 0800 014 2994. Your local tile showroom may contact you once your tile samples have been delivered to provide any help or advice you may need.
Can I get a sample if there is no sample button?
No 'Free Sample' button on your tile? Talk to our helpful team via Live Chat (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
Shade variations and differences
As a result of tile production batching and natural colour variations, differences in shade may occur. We would recommend ordering a full sample from your local branch of any tile with distinctive shade variations or unique features to ensure you are happy with the colour and veining.
Full Tile Samples
You can buy a full sample at your nearest CTD Tile Showroom subject to stock availability. Return it to us and you'll get a FULL refund within 28 days of purchase.
