Stunning Unique Homes, Chesterfield

CTD Housebuilders have collaborated on a stunning development of 20 unique homes ranging from three to four bedrooms. Situated in the bustling village of Carlow, close to the outskirts of Chesterfield, the area is perfect to cater to the needs of many homeowners with local shops and amenities close by.

Each home was developed to the highest quality and designed to meet a wide range of essential criteria when purchasing a new home. Choosing the tiles for the flooring and main bathroom of the show home, quality was key to coordinate with the uniqueness of these properties.

Intense White Polished floor tiles were used to showcase the quality of these properties and provide bright and airy spaces for day-to-day living and entertainment spaces. Porcelain tiles are perfect for flooring tiles due to their hard-wearing properties – perfect for a busy kitchen.

The Stone by Stone range was used in the main bathroom to give a natural feel and to showcase the bright space. Stone by Stone is an excellent choice of tile for a bathroom with its wall and floor options, as well as a scored décor option for walls. The range is distinctly fresh, revealing delicate detail against a background of pale cream; the brown score décor has also been used as feature strips to bring a contemporary edge to the design.
