Our development partner, who has an abundance of knowledge and experience within the house builder sector, contacted Simon to source a collection of tiles with a luxury edge whilst maintaining the technical benefits home owners would look for within a new home. Simon knew exactly what materials and tiles were needed and worked together with the client to provide quality and visually beautiful tile options to suit their design expectations.

GEMINI Natural Beauty, Streamline, Elegant, British Stone, Hillock and Eagle were among the selected tile ranges included throughout the design specifications on offer.

New Development Design Specifications

A firm favourite among the latest home owners of the new developments is the Eagle tile range (above left).

It's large format polished wall or floor tiles with a high gloss finish and a natural pattern running through each tile makes for seamless installation.

Coming in at a close second is the stunning Lava wall and floor tile range (above right), which creates a flawless glossy look in the home with its natural-looking marble tiles, which of course come without the heavy maintenance of natural stone. Polished Porcelain makes the range suitable for moderate to heavy traffic - perfect for floors throughout the home, and looks beautiful on walls too.
