CTD Housebuilders have partnered with new developers on eight luxury detached homes located close to the village of Alfreton and six miles from the iconic Chatsworth House. The development overlooks the idyllic countryside of the peak district, making them not to be missed on the market.
The developer was keen that the tile selections were of the highest quality to match the luxurious style of the homes. In doing so, three ranges from the GEMINI Tile Collection were chosen to complement these deluxe properties.

Following this year’s top trend of wood effect flooring our
Treverkever wood effect tile range was used to recreate the feeling of natural materials in the living area whilst reaping all the benefits of glazed porcelain tiles. The large format tile has a hint of natural beech wood colouring which opened up the area to reflect the spacious surroundings the home offers.
To showcase the bathrooms, a stunning combinations of tiles were used throughout the development. The
British Stone range was used in the bathrooms, including the stunning Wave Décor to create a impactful statement wall but one which also offers a tranquil environment and accentuates the large amount of light this home allows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
Our
Hillock tile tange was also used in the bathrooms. This GEMINI
tile incorporates a natural textured style with unique patterns. These combinations showcased the incredible extravagance of these well-developed properties to match the homeowner’s needs and wants from a new home purchase.
