Located in the beautiful northern market town of Pudsey near Leeds, our West Yorkshire-based partner have been developing a range of beautiful three and four bedroom houses situated on the old Victoria Mills site – boasting a rich historical background of a mill until the 19th century and a printer company until 1960.
We recently provided a selection of tiles from the GEMINI wall and floor tile collection to create these dream homes. With four types of homes on this development site, each space was carefully created to ensure perfection, and that it did! Every home showcases a luxurious modernised style to fit the 21st century family’s needs and including location, interior specifications and sustainability, a true home to be welcomed back to after a long day.
We took into consideration the specifications of each home carefully and looked at tiling options for the bathrooms to create a sense of tranquillity and calmness whilst always referring to the latest in bathroom design and bringing depth into the room with our range of on-trend tiles.
Speaking on the project, our client wrote “The interest in this project has been phenomenal, we have 15 reservations, with the remaining 10 homes having tremendous interest, even at this stage. The
British Stone range has been used in two sizes to open up the bathroom with a stunning shade variation running through each tile and charmingly coupled with the wave décor tile which adds a luxurious twist to the bathroom.
In the cloakroom, our striking
Evoke décor has been used to create a statement wall. This stunning split face effect tile is complete with an authentic ridged texture complementing any natural tile. This lavish tile establishes a relaxing atmosphere for each home owner to feel a sense of calmness.
