CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card: Terms and Conditions
The CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Scheme (the “Scheme”) is a reward points based customer loyalty programme open to customers of the CTD Group (“CTD Group” includes the businesses Ceramic Tile Distributors, Worlds End Tiles & Tilebase which are all trading names of
Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Limited) with a CTD Group trade collect cash (TCC) or credit account (the “CTD Group Account”) and who meet the eligibility criteria of the Scheme (see paragraph 1 below).
The Scheme is owned by Ceramic Tile Distributors, a trading name for Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 1647362 and with its registered office at Saint-Gobain House, Binley Business Park, Coventry
CV3 2TT (“CTD”/the “Company”). Any correspondence regarding the Scheme should be addressed at:

These terms and conditions (including the Reward Points Policy) (the “Rules”) govern the collection and use of points issued under the Scheme (the “Reward Points”). To participate in the Scheme you must comply with these Rules which you should read carefully.
1.1 To be eligible to join the Scheme and earn/collect Reward Points, you must have a current CTD Group Account, be over 18
years old (if an individual) and have an address in the UK, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
1.2 Notwithstanding Rule 1.1, the Company reserves the right to invite customers from other members of its group of companies to
participate in the Scheme.
1.3 If your application to join the Scheme is accepted, an account will be created for you (“CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account”)
and the Company will issue you with a trade loyalty card (“CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card”) connected to such account.
1.4 Subject to clause 1.5, each CTD Group Account holder is entitled to only one CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account.
1.5 The Company reserves the right to reject and/or refuse registration to the Scheme at any time at its absolute discretion.
The following parties (among others) do not qualify to participate in the Scheme. By accepting the terms and conditions you
confirm that you do not fall within any of the following categories:
a) Employees of the Company or of its subsidiaries, holding company or such companies’ subsidiaries or holding companies
(as the same are defined under s1159 of the Companies Act 2006) and/or relatives of any such employee;
b) Any Public Authority or other Public Sector Organisation; and
c) Any customers that currently receive a rebate from any business within the CTD Group.
2. Collecting Reward Points
2.1 To be able to start collecting Reward Points under the Scheme you must first have registered and been approved as a
participant of the Scheme and have activated your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card by presenting it at your local CTD Group
2.2 Reward Points can only be rewarded on collect sales (i.e. where you have collected your purchase from a CTD Group branch).
Reward Points will be added to your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account at the point of collecting your goods in the CTD
Group branch and in order to enable the Reward Points to be rewarded, you must have your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card
with you at the point of collection of the goods.
2.3 The Company will maintain your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account which will record your Reward Points. The Company
may send you details of the number of Reward Points held from time to time and you will be able to view the amount of points in
your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account by going to the website: www.ctdtiles.co.uk .
2.4 The Company will correct any mistakes that are made in respect of the number of Reward Points issued to you but recommends
that you keep records of your transactions so that you can check that the information held is accurate.
3.1 Subject to your application to the Scheme being approved, the address and details that the Company will hold will be those
which you have provided at the point of registration. If you change your address or other registered details, you must email
CTD Group on firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone the administration team on +44 (0) 800 783 7007 as soon as possible.
If you do call you will be asked security questions before amendments to your account are made so please have all relevant
3.2 You are the holder of your Reward Points and are responsible for their security. CTD Group is the overall owners of all Reward
Points and they remain its property at all times, until redeemed by you as the CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account holder.
3.3 It is your responsibility to keep secure any information that might identify you and allow access to your CTD Group Trade Loyalty
Card Account. CTD Group is not responsible or liable in any way if a person is able to spend any Reward Points as a result of
you not taking proper care of your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account details. If you lose or accidentally reveal your details
you should immediately contact CTD Group on email@example.com or by phone on +44 (0) 800 783 7007.
3.4 You cannot transfer, sell or use your Reward Points for any purpose except as permitted under these Rules
(which for the avoidance of doubt shall include any transaction under Rule 4). If you try to transfer Reward Points in any way
that is not permitted by these Rules CTD Group reserves the right to take action against you.
4. Redeeming your Reward Points
4.1 The appropriate Reward Points will be added to your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account at the point of collecting your
goods from a CTD Group branch so long as you have your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card with you. If any part of these Rules
or any of the terms and conditions on your CTD Group Account have been breached then CTD Group reserve the right to
prevent access to or suspend your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card/Account. If your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card/Account is
suspended or access to your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Account is prevented, you will not be able to redeem any points
accumulated in your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account. Provided your participation is not terminated by CTD Group, the
suspension will not prevent you from earning points whilst your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card/Account is suspended.
4.2 Reward Points can only be redeemed when your account has a minimum of 1000 points and the Reward Points may only be
redeemed in multiples of 1000 points only.
4.3 Reward Points can only be redeemed in a CTD Group branch. You must have your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card with you to
redeem your Reward Points.
4.4 Reward Points can be redeemed as love2shop vouchers only. No cash alternative is available. You cannot use your Reward
Points to pay for goods within a CTD Group branch or to receive money off your account/order. CTD Group keeps limited
love2shop vouchers at branch level. Where possible CTD Group will give your vouchers at the point of redeeming your Reward
Points. If the CTD Group branch does not have sufficient vouchers, it may take 2-3 working days for the CTD Group branch to
order more vouchers. You will be notified when your vouchers are available for collection.

4.5 Reward Points must be redeemed within 24 months of the date of the Allocation Date (as defined in the Reward Points Policy).
Any points not redeemed within this time will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any compensation or damages from CTD
4.6 Redeemed Reward Points cannot be used again. Your Reward Points balance on your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account
will be reduced to reflect the points you have redeemed. Please read the above carefully when redeeming your Reward Points.
5. Closing/ Terminating your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account
5.1 You can choose to withdraw your participation in the Scheme at any time by contacting CTD Group at: firstname.lastname@example.org or by
phone on +44 (0) 800 783 7007.
5.2 CTD Group may terminate your participation in the Scheme and cancel or suspend any Reward Points in your account by
notifying you in writing if CTD Group reasonably believes that:
a) You have acted in a way that harms CTD Group or the Scheme or any third party supplier such as love2shop;
b) You engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities;
c) You collect or redeem Reward Points dishonestly or in a way that breaks these Rules;
d) You have acted in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any CTD Group or any third party supplier staff; you have
knowingly provided false or misleading information at any time in relation to your participation in the Scheme;
e) You have breached any of the terms relating to your CTD Group Account or CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account;
f) You have had a zero balance on your CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Account for a consecutive 6 month period.
5.3 In the event that your account is withdrawn from the Scheme or is terminated at CTD Group’s discretion your right to use any
accumulated points will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any compensation or damages from CTD Group.
6.1 CTD Group are not liable for any failures that may occur due to unusual and unexpected circumstances beyond its control, the
consequences of which it could not have avoided even if it had taken all necessary care (for example but not limited to, IT
failures, industrial disputes, hostilities, political unrest or natural disasters).
7.1 CTD Group may change any element of the Scheme including the Reward Point Policy and these Rules at any time without your
consent by publishing the changes on the website www.ctdtiles.co.uk.
7.2 The Company is not liable for any tax liability that may arise from you taking part in the Scheme.
7.3 The Scheme is a stand alone promotion and does not amend normal terms and conditions of trading as between CTD Group
and its customers which will continue to apply.
7.4 These Rules are governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Reward Points Policy
This Reward Points Policy should be read alongside the CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions (together this Reward Points Policy and the CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions shall be the “Rules”). Terms defined in the CTD Group Trade Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions shall have the same meanings when used in this Reward Points Policy.
1. Reward Points will be issued at point of collection of goods from a CTD Group branch (the “Allocation Date”).
1 Reward Point will be awarded for every £1 spent (the “Amount Spent”).
1000 Reward Points are worth £10 of love2shop vouchers.
2 When Reward Points are being issued, the Amount Spent will be rounded down to the nearest £1 to allow full Reward Points to
be issued in all cases and Reward Points will not be allocated on a pro-rata basis.
3. The Amount Spent will not include VAT or any delivery costs incurred.
4. From time to time CTD Group may run double or triple Reward Point promotions. Where such promotions are being run, the
number of Reward Points to be issued will be calculated and allocated at the point of collection of goods from a CTD Group branch.
5. In the event that a credit note is issued to you, we will reduce your Reward Points accordingly. In the event that the Reward
Points have already been redeemed by you, CTD Group shall be entitled:
5.1. To prevent you from redeeming any further Reward Points until the deficit has been made up; or
5.2. Where it has reason to believe that you have acted dishonestly or fraudulently, require you to reimburse CTD
Group for any expense that it has incurred relating to the redemption of such Reward Points.
