Branch Manager

The big personality everyone in the branch bounces off, you’ll inspire great customer service throughout your team. Using everything you’ve learnt during your time as a manager, you’ll raise service levels, arrange training, get the most from your budgets… and put our competition in the shade.

Assistant Branch Manager

You’ll impress customers with your industry knowledge and lead the team from the front. Building great relationships everywhere you go, you’ll thrive on the chance to show us just how good your commercial and motivational skills are, and that you’re headed for the top.

Showroom Manager

Knowing how to display tiles attractively is one thing, but your sharp business focus will be just as important. Developing your team as you supply retail, trade and interior design customers with the products they need, you’ll enhance your reputation as someone who delivers - at the right price.

Merchandiser

As well as maintaining clients, we’ll expect you to find new ones – so proven trade sales experience is essential. You’ll work closely with designers, architects, builders and tilers from the moment they first walk through our doors until the last tile’s in place. And during that time, you’ll gain a reputation for giving them the products they need, on time, and at a price they’re happy with.

Sales Manager

As well as maintaining clients, we’ll expect you to find new ones – so proven trade sales experience is essential. You’ll work closely with designers, architects, builders and tilers from the moment they first walk through our doors until the last tile’s in place. And during that time, you’ll gain a reputation for giving them the products they need, on time, and at a price they’re happy with.

Supervisor

Your supervisory experience will ensure everything runs like clockwork. Every inch of space will be used creatively and efficiently, so that our customers get their tiles when they need them. Great organisation and customer service skills are a must, and practical skills like forklift experience will be very useful.

Warehouse Manager

A real driving force, you’ll make sure all our tiles are exactly where we need them, 100% of the time. To do that, you’ll need to be a clear communicator – something you’ve perfected after leading your own team. With a great understanding of warehouse procedures, you’ll instil good practice everywhere, and improve us all.

Warehouse Assistants

You could be assembling orders, serving customers, or moving crates around. And you’ll know that with all the training you’re getting (including a forklift licence, should you need one), you’re building a career that perfectly suits your chatty, helpful and above all, organised nature.
